Eric Geoffroy and Anne Harrison established eg.design in 1997.

The work of eg.design is divided into three sections: one-off commissioned pieces, limited editions and mass produced high quality items for the home, office or public spaces.

Eric commissioned a set of colour images for use in his 2000 product brochure and for various other promotional purposes.

High Cross House, Dartington Hall, Totnes, Devon

High Cross House, completed in 1932, is described as a 'superb example of international modernism'. Designed by the Swizz-American architect, William Lescaze, the house is regarded as one of his most successful and important commissions.

High Cross House is managed by the Dartington Hall Trust

As part of a personal project, I photographed High Cross in the Autumn of 1999. The then curator had this to say about my work:

'The images which you took of High Cross capture beautifully the sculptural aspects of [the house].'

Hilary Williams, Curator (November 1999)

Building Conservation Directory

Edited by Jonathan Taylor, the BCD is a specialist publication dedicated architectural conservation.

I met Jonathan at the F-Stop Photographic workshop in Bath and our discussion on architectural photography led to me photographing, a restoration project at St Mary's, Hawkesbury, Gloucestershire.

My pictures appear in the BCD's Special Report on Ecclesiastical Buildings (Summer 1997).

Reading Borough Council

I am currently working for RBC's marketing team on a brief to capture definitive images of this expanding city at the start of the new millennium.

This work will cover medieval buildings from Reading's historic past, including the famous Abbey ruins, through to modern structures such as the Oracle shopping centre and the Majeski Stadium.
